None. I had plasmapheresis, IVIG when in a crisis.

Had eye problems, diplopia, ptosis, circumduction (swinging gait), upper extremity weakness, and respiratory issues.

Generalized-neck, arms, legs, breathing,swallowing... drooping of my eyelid double vision.  have trouble talking partly because I slur and can't seem to get my mouth to work

Cyclosporine, IVIG, and the few times I've taken plasmapheresis I haven't had dramatic improvement but over time it seems to help. . I had to stop Imuran because of elevated liver enzymes. After the one treatment of IVIG I was told I couldn't take it again because I had an IgA deficiency-I I had a thymectomy in 1992 and I do not think it helped at all.
 

Mestinon, prednisone, cellcept, oxygen as needed, ephedrine sulfate

No.  Sometimes I think I may have something in addition to MG but I never doubt that I have MG. 

Yes. My primary care physician laughs and says he thinks I have a cousin to MG.
