DV, very poor balance and coordination, choking/strangling, weakness, extreme fatigue, muscle pain, heavy sweats upon least exertion, shortness of breath
 

have only been on Mesty, IVIG and Cortef (steroid for Addison's which also helps MG)

I Started out with genralized weakness in my back and legs. Then I couldn't hold my head up. After 3 months a developed double vision, one image on top of another , not like crossed eyes.
 

I've only been on meds for 3 weeks. The 60mg X 3 of Mestinon seemed to be great at first, lasting 6-7 hours. Now barely 3 hours before symptoms return.

I am currently taking 20mg of Prednisone and 60mg X 5 of Mestinon. Tonight I took my first tab of 180mg Mestinon to get me through the night. So far,so good!

No! I figured out what I had by looking up my symptoms on the internet. $2,000 + of tests later, the doctor agreed.

I had respiratory and weakness in my extremities for about 2 years prior to my dx. Initially I was treated for asthma due to a positive Methacholine Challenge.

I was put on nebulizers, multiple inhalers and oral medications without noticeable improvement. I have had moderate to severe fibromyalgia for 6 years.
